Associate Director

Summary

The job is for the Associate Director of Onboarding, APAC at Deel. The role involves leading an onboarding team across APAC, creating customer onboarding plans, driving metrics, reporting business needs, and ensuring smooth transitions from prospects to long-time customers. The candidate should have 5+ years of experience in implementation or onboarding positions, project management experience, a track record of achieving metrics, and experience introducing new technologies/strategies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in an implementation or onboarding position
• Experience working cross jurisdiction at a unicorn start-ups, a big tech company, or in consulting
• Experience in project management
• You have led large detailed projects with an implementation period of at least around 6-9 months
• You have a track record of achieving metrics, and have developed and deployed successful expansion plans
• You have a record of introducing and launching new technologies/strategies into existing operating models
• You have a relentless execution ethic and lots of energy

Responsibilities

• Lead an onboarding organization across APAC, and growing!
• Create models and plans for how we onboard customers - particularly focusing on: - Customer Experience - Time to onboard - Process Consistency
• Drive metrics across our APAC team
• Report out on business needs. Don’t just drive the current process - determine what your team needs for success and advocate for it
• Work with onboarding leadership to create smooth transitions from prospect to long-time customer

Preferred Qualifications

• Have experience working with clients and team members from multiple countries and across multiple time zones
• Have experience working on a remote team
• Have experience working at a high growth start-up or scale-up
• Have Fintech or HRtech experience
• Are multilingual
