Associate Financial Analyst

• Chartered Accountant / MBA
• 0–2 years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related functions (internships included)
• Basic understanding of financial statements and finance concepts
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and manipulating data
• Experience in AI tools adoption
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with PowerPoint
• Comfortable working in a remote, structured, and deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial and business reporting
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
• Extract, transform, and analyze financial data using SQL and Excel
• Maintain and improve reporting models, templates, and dashboards
• Present findings in a clear, concise, and actionable format
• Participate in ad hoc analysis and special projects as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP systems or FP&A tools
• Familiarity with data visualization tools like Power BI, Looker, or Tableau
• Exposure to financial reporting processes in a multinational or shared services setting
