Requirements

• Proficiency in Design Software: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro), Figma, Canva
• Portfolio of Work: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including marketing materials like social media graphics, posters, and digital ads
• Understanding of Branding: Basic experience in working with brand guidelines to create cohesive and on-brand designs that align with marketing strategies
• Time Management and Efficiency: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high-quality work on tight deadlines, optimizing processes for increased efficiency
• Basic Understanding of Marketing Concepts: Knowledge of marketing principles and how design can enhance campaigns and drive customer engagement

Responsibilities

• Create compelling visual assets across channels, from social media posts to email templates
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team, embracing feedback to iterate designs that align perfectly with campaign goals
• Streamline processes and create reusable templates to make the team more operationally efficient and effective
• Maintain a well-structured digital assets and utilize project management tools to keep every task on track
• Stay attuned to design trends, evolve visuals to engage users effectively, and contribute to the growth and visibility of Jane in the competitive SaaS landscape

Benefits

• Minimum annual salary of $52,000 and maximum annual salary of $78,000
