Associate Graphic Designer

Summary

The Associate Graphic Designer will partner in developing and executing projects across various channels for L'Occitane in the US and Canada. The role requires a detail-oriented, creative, and organized individual with 3+ years of experience as a Production Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 3+ years of experience as a Production Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Senior Designer, Retail and Print, working closely to develop creative that elevates the brand image and drives consistency across touchpoints
• Execute all Canada translations (including CRM mailers and POS)
• Manage and design SMS posts, lease advertising, and barricades as well as any assets needed for New Store Openings and Outlets
• Take initiative on secondary campaigns such as Friends and Family or Customer Appreciation, designing and managing for all touchpoints as needed
• Partner with Omnichannel Designer on local packaging as needed
• Ad-hoc projects for cross functional departments
• Support team with projects as needed

Benefits

• The compensation for this role ranges from $60,000 - $65,000 for the NYC region. Exact compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to, experience, skills, and geographic location
• This position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program
