Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field
  • At least 7 years of experience in content creation, strategy, or management roles, including 3 years in a leadership position
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and their integration into content strategies
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor diverse teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Familiarity with content tools and platforms, such as CMS, analytics software, and project management tools

Responsibilities

  • Co-lead the content department with the Head of Content, ensuring a unified approach to content creation, optimization, and delivery
  • Provide strategic direction and mentorship to team leads across Localization, Edition, Content CRO, Content Strategy, and Content Outsourcing
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the content team
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives, user needs, and SEO goals
  • Drive initiatives to enhance content performance, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize reach, engagement, and conversions
  • Ensure all content meets high standards of quality, relevance, and consistency
  • Oversee recruitment, training, and development of team members to build a high-performing, empowered content team
  • Set clear objectives, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback to support individual and team success
  • Collaborate with the SEO, Marketing, Product, and UX teams to align content with organizational strategies
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for content innovation and optimization
  • Manage resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure efficient content production and delivery
  • Oversee outsourcing processes to ensure external partners deliver high-quality, on-brand content
  • Implement workflows, tools, and processes to streamline collaboration and maximize productivity
  • Establish KPIs for content initiatives and regularly report on performance to stakeholders
  • Use analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Research and implement AI technologies to enhance processes and workflows across the Localization, Edition, Content CRO, Content Strategy, and Content Outsourcing teams
  • Identify opportunities for AI-driven innovation in content creation, optimization, and delivery
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of AI tools and ensure their alignment with team goals and business objectives
