Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Content Design, Education, or a related field
• 1 year’s experience with Mindbo
• 1+ year’s experience in instructional design, content design, education, or e-learning
• Needs to have fluent english as will be creating content to train english speakers
• Familiarity with instructional design principles and best practices
• Proficiency in using instructional design tools and e-learning platforms is a plus
• Self-motivated and directed with an ability to learn quickly and autonomously
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and motivate learners through e-learning tools
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously to meet deadlines and prioritize appropriately
• Ability to adapt to an agile working environment including work assignments and priorities based on business needs
• Passion for learning and professional development, with a commitment to promoting a culture of continuous learning within the organization
• Tech savy with the ability to quickly learn and acquire new industry, company, product, or technical knowledge efficiently

Responsibilities

• Create instructional materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and other learning resources
• Contribute to the design and organization of learning content, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in conveying key concepts
• Work with instructional designers to implement instructional strategies and methodologies
• Conduct reviews of instructional materials to ensure accuracy, completeness, and adherence to instructional design standards
• Implement feedback and revisions to continuously improve the quality of learning content
• Work collaboratively with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and other stakeholders to gather information and ensure content accuracy
• Prioritizes deliverables effectively while balancing multiple ongoing projects
• Communicate effectively within the team to share progress and address any challenges
• Assist in the integration of multimedia elements, such as graphics, audio, and video, to enhance the learning experience
• All other duties as assigned
