Associate IT Systems Engineer

Summary

Join QUALCO as an Associate IT Systems Engineer and provide onsite and remote support to customers with critical response time requirements for their business technology systems.

Requirements

• Two (2) years of hands-on IT engineering experience
• University degree in Computer Science or a related field
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
• Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
• Participate in the implementation and support of IT infrastructure
• Perform maintenance and system upgrades
• Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
• Monitor backup and redundancy strategies
• Prepare technical reports, problem reports, and status reports, and assist with documentation
• Administer virtualization systems, Microsoft servers and applications and Microsoft Networking Services
