  • Skilled in agile software development environments as a product owner or proxy
  • Expert level functional modeling, workflow design, and user experience design experience
  • Able to assess a data model in relation to functional requirements
  • Familiarity with the Azure cloud services environment
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, related field, or comparable work experience
  • 5+ years in systems engineering, requirements engineering, business analysis, or product ownership roles

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery, analysis, grooming, and refinement activities related to the product development for technical and operational readiness
  • Build business requirements documents to interpret and translate customer needs and deliver products that provide a great user experience
  • Accountability for program increment planning, feature readiness/doneness, release delivery, and reporting progress to leadership team
  • Lead cross-functional teams to manage large, complex projects with tight deadlines
  • Build and manage product roadmap, and backlog of features
  • Lead technical development activities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to PMIS’s, electronic medical records systems or similar healthcare information systems
  • Experience creating templates and defining product development process work instructions to support the quality management system

Job Title: Associate Director, Systems Engineering

Job Status: Full time – Exempt

Job Summary/Objective

The Associate Director Systems Engineer leads cross-functional development teams to identify, define, and validate software solutions for our pharmacy, healthcare provider, and patient needs, with a focus on candidates experienced in the specialty pharmacy, customer relationship management (CRM), and/or the pharmacy management domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery, analysis, grooming, and refinement activities related to the product development for technical and operational readiness.
  • Build business requirements documents to interpret and translate customer needs and deliver products that provide a great user experience.
  • Accountability for program increment planning, feature readiness/doneness, release delivery, and reporting progress to leadership team.

  • Project management Certification a plus
