Summary
Join OfferFit's growing Implementation team as an Associate, ML Engagement Manager. This critical role involves owning all phases of program execution for designing, configuring, and expanding OfferFit use cases. You will work closely with implementation engineers and customer stakeholders, leading design sessions, championing project management excellence, and proactively mitigating risks. The ideal candidate is passionate about technical program delivery, process engineering, and building strong customer relationships. Requirements
- Candidates must be able to fully overlap and support North America time zones
- Must be fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Up to 10-15% travel for company-wide quarterly gatherings, team offsite workshops, customer meetings, and industry-related events
Responsibilities
- Own all phases of OfferFit use case delivery working alongside OfferFit implementation engineers and customer executives, marketers and IT stakeholders
- Run design sessions with customers to decide on and document use case requirements and integration approach
- Champion delivery & project management excellence through development of process playbooks and best practices
- Proactively identify, escalate and mitigate potential project risks
- Build relationships with key stakeholders at OfferFit customers
- Communicate customer needs to OfferFit’s product & marketing teams to ensure a customer-centric product roadmap
- Participate in determining OfferFit’s product strategy

- The base salary range for this position in the United States is $89,000 - $134,000 per year plus eligibility for additional bonus ranging $12,000-$18,000
- Eligibility for an end of year performance bonus, commissions (when applicable) and/or equity options may be provided as part of the compensation package
