Requirements

  • Physician (MD/DO) with 5 years of post-residency experience and licensure in good standing in your state of residence
  • Demonstrated high-quality clinical experience with a strong understanding of general health principles and best practices
  • Virtual care experience is preferred
  • Proven experience in project or program management
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues, and external stakeholders
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute to the development of clinical initiatives
  • Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
  • Availability for travel, up to twice per month for 1-2 days each (averaged over the year), sometimes with short notice

Responsibilities

  • Represent Included Health at conferences, seminars, and industry events
  • Develop and deliver educational sessions for healthcare professionals, clients, and the general public
  • Collaborate with the sales team to highlight the value of clinical services during client meetings
  • Work closely with current clients to understand their general health management needs and provide strategic guidance
  • Contribute to the development and implementation strategies for new clients launching services such as clinical navigation, virtual care, care management, All-Included Care (AIC), and utilization management (UM)
  • Assist in managing escalations from clients and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently and satisfactorily
  • Deliver clinical navigation services and/or virtual care as needed when managing escalations
