Requirements
- Be a California resident holding an active Associate California Clinical Social Workers (ACSW), Associate Marriage and Family Therapists (AMFT), or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors (APCC) license
- Have at least 6 months of experience as a registered Associate therapist
- Ensure your Associate license is not in subsequent status and/or will not reach subsequent status during employment
- Be committed to client-centered care using trauma-informed and evidence-based practices
- Be well-versed in mental health counseling practices, including initial triage, risk assessment/management, crisis interventions, ICD-10 codes, and treatment planning
- Be proficient with technology, including EHR systems, Zoom, and Google Suite
Responsibilities
- Provide attuned psychotherapy: All Associates, regardless of the status of their supervised experience, are required to work with clients who are children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families
- Work full-time (36 hours/week: 26 hours of therapy sessions, 2 units of supervision (up to 3 hours) individual, triadic, and/or group supervision and up to 8 hours for admin time). Your schedule will include availability to see clients 2 weekdays/week between 4 PM - 7 PM (Pacific time) or one weekday/week 4 PM - 7 PM (Pacific time) and Saturday 9 AM - 2 PM (Pacific time)
- Develop assessments, diagnoses, treatment plans, and progress notes
- Collaborate with other clinicians and professionals in an interdisciplinary approach to provide holistic care
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to provide bilingual services is a plus!
