Associate Partner Manager France

Summary

The job is for an Associate Partner Manager intern to support podcasters and manage their relationships for a year starting from September 2024 in the Content team based in Paris, France.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of the French podcast ecosystem and audio industry
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, relationship management, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience with Photoshop / Canva and graphic software
• Experience with DAW and basic studio recording management
• Strong understanding of social media mechanisms
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Team player, collaborative, creative, highly motivated and entrepreneurial
• Fluency in French, as well as written and spoken English

Responsibilities

• Help manage relations with current and future podcasters
• Assist podcasters in studio recording management
• Participate in special activations such as event organization and live recordings
• Ensure that commercial teams worldwide have all necessary information for monetization
• Provide reports, analyses and ad hoc research to the Content team
• Manage events at Acast and help podcasters integrate into our systems
• Guide and assist podcasters in integrating into our systems and provide advice on optimal podcast monetization for each partner

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in partner relations in media, marketing, production, journalism or brand content
