The Partners in Performance Associate Principal is responsible for providing on-site team leadership, supporting client Business Improvement leaders and managers, maintaining a generalist portfolio of engagements, and influencing C level and operational management. They will receive career development support and have opportunities to employ influencing and coaching skills across various industries and value chains. The role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional logical reasoning, a proven consulting background in a T1 consulting house, ideally experience delivering results-based engagements with lasting impact, and a genuine passion for sustainable results.
