Associate Principal Engineer-- .NET Lead Developer

Summary

Join our team as a technical leader, leveraging your expertise in C# and SQL Server to guide and mentor a team of engineers. You will be responsible for providing technical leadership, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality, and supporting SSIS packages. Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving application issues are key responsibilities, along with implementing new enhancements and maintaining application support documentation. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as is experience leading a team and providing mentorship in an Agile environment. On-call support for high-priority issues will be required. The ideal candidate will be customer-focused, proactive, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Experience on Microsoft .NET Framework , .NetCore , VB.NET , MVC
• Strong Communication Skills in English both written and spoken
• Good knowledge and working experience on Agile
• Customer Focused and Proactive - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges
• Experience of leading a team of engineers and providing mentorship in a collaborative environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• C# (Expert)
• SQL Server (Capable)

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership to team members, ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality
• Provide support for SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) packages and help with troubleshooting and maintaining
• Windows Services, IIS, Thick-Client deployment
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues
• Implement new enhancements as per business requirements
• Create and maintain application support documentation, including troubleshooting guides, procedures, and process documentation
• On-call support for high priority issues
