Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Knowledge of Python Programming and Jenkins
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and testing methodologies
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of software quality assurance

Responsibilities

  • Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects and ensure product quality
  • Collaborate with the development team to understand product requirements and specifications
  • Participate in the creation and maintenance of test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts
  • Create/Update automated tests in Python/NodeJS in Selenium/Playwright Framework
  • Perform regression testing to verify software enhancements and fixes
  • Report bugs and issues found during testing and track them through resolution
  • Assist in troubleshooting issues reported by customers or internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing and quality assurance

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in software testing or quality assurance is preferred but not required
