Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Wholesale Executive Risk Insurance Broker

Responsibilities

• Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with retail brokerage and agency clients
• Understand clients' executive risk insurance needs and provide customized solutions
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the client portfolio
• Collaborate with the distribution team to cross-sell executive risk insurance products
• Analyze the executive risk insurance market trends and developments
• Place insurance coverage with reputable carriers, negotiating terms and conditions
• Conduct thorough risk assessments for executive-level exposures
• Advise clients on risk mitigation strategies and best practices
• Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriting, legal, and claims departments
• Provide mentorship and support to junior team members

Preferred Qualifications

Professional certifications (e.g., RPLU, CPCU) are a plus
