Summary
Join HubSpot's Sales Specialist team and contribute to the success of our Core & Companion products, including Service Hub, Operations Hub, and Breeze Intelligence. As a quota-carrying sales organization, you'll work alongside sales representatives to provide specialized expertise, helping customers solve their business needs. Your responsibilities include collaborating with sales reps, strategizing on opportunities, conducting live sales calls, and creating resources. You'll be a subject matter expert on our products and the competitive market, advising on best practices and helping customers understand how our tools work together. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, experience in a complex selling environment, and strong collaboration skills. Top performers demonstrate an understanding of business growth, genuine curiosity, and a growth mindset.
Requirements
- English and Spanish required
- Experience working in a complex selling or customer-facing environment
- Comfortable presenting to drive a business change
- Effectively collaborates with team members and sales reps to address customer needs and drive sales
- Excels at both internal and external stakeholder management
- Goal-orientated with a track record of overachieving on targets/KPIs
- Knowledge of the Helpdesk/iPaaS market conditions, competitors
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales & channel reps
- Always be learning about our Service/Operations/Breeze Intelligence products as it evolves & the market around us
- Be a point person for asynchronous deal strategy and opportunity management
- Consult on complex use cases and make product recommendations via Slack
- Create resources and enablement for frequently asked questions
- Help reps identify good-fit opportunities in their territories for upselling our products
- Close both new business and install base at or above a predefined number on a monthly cadence
- Be beta-tolerant. Our platform is always evolving, so it's important to be tolerant of software changes as you go to market
- Always be learning. HubSpot provides many top-tier learning opportunities, and we expect you to constantly seek improvement in your skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Portuguese preferred
- An understanding of how businesses grow, and confidence advising decision makers on growth strategies
- Genuine curiosity about business and web technology
- A growth mindset and a habit of seeking feedback for self development
- An ability to collaborate cross-functionally to achieve success
- A team player who loves autonomy in their role with great collaboration and communication skills
