Associate Services Consultant

Summary

The job is for an Associate Galaxy Celonaut within the Galaxy Graduate Program at Celonis Services. The role involves learning and delivering value to customers over 12 months, rotating across various teams, and performing tasks such as practical assignments, deploying high-value use cases, and developing Python scripts.

Requirements

• Degree level in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
• First working experience in (IT-) Consulting or a similar area
• Strong interest in Big Data, Data Mining, and Process Mining
• Analytical skills
• Basic knowledge of SQL or other programming languages (Python, R, Matlab...)
• Good English skills

Responsibilities

• Practical assignments across customer projects
• Deploy high-value use cases
• Perform complex data transformations to optimize data for analysis
• Collaborate with consultants to develop analyses
• Conduct precise calculations of KPIs integrated in customer solutions
• Support the implementation and configuration of EMS implementations for customers
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues for customers
• Develop individual Python scripts utilizing Machine Learning Workbench (MLWB) to efficiently consume and transmit data to EMS
• Collaborate with the Celonis Academy team to create custom enablement plans and train customer's analysts and business users on the analysis, KPIs and other Celonis solutions you developed
