Associate Software Consultant

Summary

Join our Software Implementation team as a motivated Associate Software Consultant! This remote position, based in India and operating on a 12am-9pm (IST) schedule, will have you assisting Project Managers and Lead Consultants in deploying and configuring PairSoft software solutions. You will gather client requirements, perform system testing, provide training, and collaborate with internal teams. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot technical issues
• Excellent communication and client-service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn new technologies and grow within the role

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, configuration, and deployment of PairSoft software for clients
• Support Project Managers and Lead Consultants in executing implementation plans
• Gather and analyze client requirements to ensure successful software configuration
• Perform system testing and troubleshoot implementation issues
• Provide end-user training and documentation to help clients maximize software capabilities
• Assist in data migration, integration, and system validation activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns efficiently
• Maintain detailed records of implementation processes and client interactions

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience or coursework in software implementation, business applications, or IT support is a plus
• Basic understanding of cloud-based software, databases, or ERP/financial system is preferred
