Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Business Analyst with expertise in CRM Salesforce
  • Experience in developing business cases, analysing business processes, and understanding why change is required in the business
  • Experience in Investigating business problems and opportunities using root cause analysis -Building relationships with all key stakeholders
  • Understand and negotiate needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders -Stay current with customer needs and strategies
  • Experienced with Agile Methodology, RFPs, Wireframing, Prototyping
  • Processes modelling
  • Identifying and then prioritizing technical and functional requirements
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal and consultative skills
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Being detail-oriented and capable of delivering a high level of accuracy

  • Experience in developing and conducting peer reviews (user stories’ grooming sessions) of the business requirements to ensure that requirement specifications are correctly interpreted
  • Experience in translating conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team in the form of User stories
  • Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements
  • Experience in conducting interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, surveys, site visits, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios, and other methods
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and Salesforce configurations, customizations, and workflows
  • Design and implement Salesforce solutions, including configuration, custom objects, workflows, process builders, and validation rules
  • Showcasing a consulting mindset by acting as a solution provider rather than an order taker
  • Work closely with business and convert their business vision to product backlog for dev team
  • Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for a business
  • Take ownership of product end to end - provide feedback to client on improvisation
  • Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement, and implementations
  • Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements
  • Provide project level analysis producing required project analysis documentation (business requirements, scope matrix, use cases, sequence diagrams, future state proposals, UAT plan)
  • Identify ways to increase adoption and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and assist in the planning and implementation of the projects on Web and Mobile Platform
  • Support system conversions, upgrades, enhancements
  • Provides guidance and/or instruction to team members
  • Identifying project/service stakeholders at an early stage and working with them to ensure that the deliverables are in sync with the benefits defined in the business case
  • Planning, organizing, and monitoring the project to deliver high quality business solutions
  • Defining the scope of the project/service, managing goals, risks, issues, and resources throughout the project lifecycle
  • Mentoring and managing team members, by giving constant on the job feedback, and by providing guidance
  • Ensuring project quality of work meets defined governance, process standards and best practices
  • Reporting the status of all key metrics (e.g.: risk, scope, schedule, quality, customer satisfaction) from inception through closure
  • Assisting the account management team in responding to new project requests
  • Identifying opportunities in the current engagement to cross sell or up sell Nagarro’s offerings
