Summary

Join our dynamic Digital Product Engineering company as a Technical Project Manager! You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources to successfully complete regulatory product goals. This role requires a hybrid Agile & Waterfall approach, overseeing technical delivery and coordinating cross-functional teams. You will manage project governance, executive presentations, and track key performance indicators. Experience in end-to-end delivery and SDLC activities is crucial. The position involves managing budgets, schedules, and stakeholder communications, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Must have Skills: Project Management methodologies (Capable)
  • 6+ years of experience in technical project management, change management, or process improvement
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • Experience in E2E delivery and SDLC activities
  • Strong time management and prioritization skills, with demonstrated ability to execute multiple projects in a fast-paced, cross-functional, and results-oriented environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across all levels and functions within an organization
  • Experience with technology and engineering development activities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for reporting and presentations
  • Executive presentation skills and meeting facilitation experience
  • Ability to work remotely and manage distributed teams effectively

Responsibilities

  • Lead technical delivery oversight and cross-functional team coordination for the Regulatory portfolio
  • Facilitate discussions to align teams on program roadmaps, ensuring clear directional alignment
  • Manage roadmaps, project schedules, and program deliverables using a hybrid Agile & Waterfall approach
  • Track and manage budgets, including variance analysis and cost issue resolution against approved earmarks
  • Develops detailed project schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports while tracking key milestones and adjusting plans as needed
  • Establishes and implements project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet customer expectations
  • Manages E2E delivery and SDLC activities, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards
  • Communicates major milestones and project progress throughout the Solutions Delivery Lifecycle (SDLC)
  • Identifies dependencies and risks, conducts regular status meetings, and manages prioritization across multiple projects
  • Sets and manages client expectations while escalating issues and managing change effectively
  • Evaluates project impacts and risks, applying change control procedures and mitigation strategies
  • Creates and delivers executive-level presentations and stakeholder communications
  • Manages the creation, tracking, and improvement of governance processes and documentation, serving as a champion of the client's EPMO Governance Methodology
  • Partners with other project managers in the portfolio to share best practices and key project insights
