Summary

Join Fictiv, a leading technology company transforming the manufacturing industry, as an Associate Strategic Program Manager. You will work with leading enterprises and startups to accelerate product launches, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, C&DFM, Quality, Logistics) to maintain project alignment with customer expectations. Contribute to process improvement and enhance customer experience. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and support customer interactions. Maintain program status updates and apply your operational knowledge to identify and address process gaps and risks. Track and report on program milestones, adapting timelines as needed. Support customer change requests and project updates across multiple platforms. This role requires approximately 10% annual travel within the U.S.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing or Industrial Engineering with 1-2 years of related experience OR 3+ years of manufacturing operations experience
  • Detail-oriented, strong organizational, program management, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; experience working with diverse, cross-functional global teams is a plus
  • Proactive self-starter passionate about learning, continuous improvement, and driving operational success

Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and support customer-facing interactions as needed to deliver high-quality service
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date program status across multiple systems to support business decision-making processes
  • Apply your knowledge of operations or manufacturing to identify process gaps, risks, and drive operational improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance program efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Track and report on program milestones, supporting adjustments to timelines and deliverables to meet quality and delivery standards
  • Support customer change requests and project updates on multiple platforms (external and internal)
  • Ability to travel 10% annually in the U.S. for Customer onsites, team meetings, trade shows, conferences, etc
  • Quality: All employees are expected to maintain and contribute to the QMS

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with global manufacturing sites in a customer-facing role is preferred
  • Familiarity with ITAR and EAR regulations, particularly ECCN classifications such as 9A515, is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes such as CNC Machining, 3D Printing, Injection Molding, Sheet Metal Fabrication, Die Casting, or Assembly is preferred
