Associate Support Specialist

Summary

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Technical diploma or equivalent in IT-related fields (e.g., Computer Support, Network Support, ICT Technician) or comparable practical experience
• Basic experience providing technical support through phone, chat, email, and ticketing systems
• Exceptional communication and customer support abilities
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain attention to detail under pressure
• Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving capabilities
• Adaptability to changing business needs and environments
• Process-oriented mindset with a passion for developing and optimizing workflows
• Basic verbal and written English skills, including the ability to create technical documentation and user guides

Responsibilities

• Provide initial training to team members
• Assist the team with the initial setup of their IT assets (laptops, phones, monitors, headsets)
• Support the applications and tools that drive productivity in the business

Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with MacOS hardware and software
