Associate Technical Writer

Summary

Requirements

• 2+ years of technical writing experience, particularly with multimedia content
• 2+ years of video production and editing (Camtasia, Adobe Premiere, or similar)
• Ability to simplify complex concepts for different audiences through various content formats
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams

Responsibilities

• Create technical videos and Arcade walk-through demos to explain Appfire products
• Write community posts, blog articles, and use cases to support customer education and product adoption
• Collaborate with internal Product Managers (PMs), Product Marketing Managers (PMMs), and Technical Writers to create engaging content that increases awareness and activations for Appfire products
• Work closely with the Tech Comms Technical Editor to establish and refine a Video Style Guide for consistency across multimedia assets

Preferred Qualifications

• Having experience with Confluence and Jira is preferable
• You are dedicated to elevating client and co-worker experiences, knowing that exceptional work centers on serving others
