Requirements

• Speak perfect German and English
• Have studied computer science, information science/technology, or have equivalent education/work experience
• Have delivered small to mid-size technical projects in a previous role
• Have prior experience in consulting, technical support, software development, or pre-sales activity on collaborative tools
• Know the Atlassian suite at least as an end-user

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers' needs
• Carry out technical and functional audits
• Continuously provide advice
• Deploy, configure, and integrate applications based on customer needs and requirements
• Deliver comprehensive training to end-users
• Spend 75% of your time with customers in Germany or internationally

Preferred Qualifications

• Possess good programming skills (Java, Javascript, Groovy, etc.)
