Summary

Join Hostinger as their Atlassian specialist and take ownership of their entire Atlassian ecosystem, including Jira, Confluence, and related tools. This role involves more than standard administration; you will ensure tools evolve with company needs, enabling efficient teamwork. You will act as a consultant, trainer, and process enabler, helping teams maximize Jira and Atlassian tools. Daily tasks include administering and optimizing Atlassian tools, governing global configurations, implementing automations and custom scripts, leading workflow improvements, designing scalable request systems, building internal documentation, collaborating with stakeholders, and exploring new features and tools. The position requires 1–2 years of experience administering Atlassian tools in a multi-team environment, deep knowledge of Jira and Confluence, experience with automation and scripting, familiarity with Agile frameworks, and coaching abilities. Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience administering and scaling Atlassian tools in a multi-team environment
  • Deep knowledge of Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Management, and Atlassian Access
  • Experience with automation, scripting (e.g., Groovy), APIs, and integrations
  • Familiarity with Agile, Lean, or service management frameworks
  • Ability to coach and challenge teams to rethink and refine their ways of working
  • A growth mindset and strong interest in tooling innovation, AI adoption, and internal service enablement

Responsibilities

  • Administer and optimize Atlassian tools - Jira (Software & Service Management), Confluence, and more
  • Govern and maintain global configurations such as workflows, permission schemes, screens, and user groups
  • Implement advanced automations, write custom scripts (e.g., ScriptRunner), and manage third - party integrations
  • Lead workflow creation and process improvements that enable better project tracking, operational transparency, and effective task management
  • Design and implement scalable request intake systems, workflow automations, reporting dashboards, and cross-team operational processes
  • Build and maintain internal documentation and run workshops to grow Atlassian expertise across the company
  • Collaborate with stakeholders from Product, HR, Marketing, and more to solve operational challenges
  • Constantly explore and evaluate new features, tools, and approaches - especially in automation and AI - to drive continuous improvement
