Requirements

• 3+ years of Property Casualty, 1st Party Property, or Civil Litigation experience
• Experience managing cases in state and federal courts
• Experience supervising/mentoring staff
• Experience managing discovery
• Experience taking/defending depositions
• Experience writing petitions, complaints, motions and briefs with little supervision
• Experience preparing for trial
• Admitted to practice in the State of Texas
