Join Keller Postman as a non-partner track Attorney contributing to our high-profile litigation practice. This remote position, based in the Central or East Coast time zone, offers a salary range of $100,000-$120,000 plus bonus and benefits. You will work closely with partners and associates on complex cases, preparing pleadings, discovery, motions, and briefs. Client interaction involves fact gathering, case workups, and document collection. The role demands strong legal research skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Success requires a Juris Doctor, bar membership, and 3-5 years of litigation experience.

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion and good judgment
- Ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team
- Skilled in managing complex litigation in multiple jurisdictions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Must be an active member of a US State Bar and in good standing
Responsibilities
- Work closely with partners and associates on specific tasks related to assigned cases
- Prepare initial drafts of complex pleadings, written discovery, motions, and briefs for associates and partners on assigned cases
- Correspond with individual clients, and draft communications to be used by our client services team
- Handle client-facing litigation tasks such as fact gathering, case workups, document collection, and more
- Conduct factual and legal research using Westlaw and other sources for associate and partner use
- Communicate with courts, outside counsel, clients, experts, and vendors when necessary
- Other duties as assigned
Preferred Qualifications
Three to five years of general litigation experience is preferred
