Summary

Requirements
- Possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Be admitted to the bar in Colorado or Georgia (depending on the position)
- Have a minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in transactional law, preferably within the equipment industry or in a related field
- Demonstrate strong proficiency in contract drafting, negotiation, and management
- Possess excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities
- Exhibit superior written and verbal communication skills
- Have the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Show a collaborative mindset with a commitment to teamwork and client service
- Exhibit a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive legal counsel on transactions related to the equipment industry, including buying, selling, leasing, and financing
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts and agreements to ensure favorable terms and compliance with applicable laws
- Advise clients on regulatory requirements, compliance issues, and risk mitigation strategies
- Manage and resolve disputes through negotiation, mediation, or litigation as necessary, ensuring effective outcomes for clients
- Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and deliver tailored legal solutions that align with their needs
- Stay abreast of industry trends, legal developments, and best practices within the equipment sector to provide informed guidance
