Join JWL International, a firm recognized for its transactional law expertise, especially in the equipment industry, as a Corporate Transactional, Corporate Litigation, or Transactional Attorney. This Georgia-based (Savannah area preferred) position offers a hybrid remote work option. The firm seeks experienced attorneys (minimum 5 years) with a portable book of business in any practice area. Compensation is expected at $200K+, negotiable based on your client base. The ideal candidate will possess strong client relationship-building skills, expertise in contract drafting and negotiation, and the ability to provide sound legal counsel. Requirements

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Active Georgia Bar membership
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in transactional law, or corporate law (flexible if you have a portable book of business)
• Strong track record in contract drafting and negotiation
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Excellent communication, analytical, and client-service skills

Responsibilities

• Handle transactional work such as acquisitions, dispositions, and financing
• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts in various sectors
• Advise on compliance, risk management, and ever-evolving regulations
• Collaborate with clients to align legal solutions with their business objectives
• Stay current on industry developments affecting transactional and other practice areas

Preferred Qualifications

A background in the heavy equipment industry is helpful, but not essential
