Summary

Join World Business Lenders (WBL) as an Attorney Network Management Supervisor! In this fast-paced, 100% remote role, you will lead a team managing a nationwide network of law firms. Responsibilities include overseeing reports, selecting firms for litigation matters, maintaining engagement letters, and conducting research to identify qualified firms. You will manage workflows, deadlines, and attorney bidding processes, while monitoring budgets and reporting information. This contract/consultancy position offers a competitive salary and 11 paid holidays.

Requirements

  • Excellent oral and written command of the English language
  • Excellent organizational, communication (both written and verbal) and computer skills
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented and resourceful with excellent follow-through skills
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office and Adobe applications
  • Able to establish and maintain effective work relationships both internally and externally

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, manage, and maintain a network of law firms across the USA
  • Lead a team responsible for managing reports submitted by outside counsel and selecting law firms to represent WBL in foreclosures, evictions, bankruptcy and other litigation matters across the USA
  • Maintain and store engagement letters with law firms, ensuring compliance with agreed terms
  • Conduct research to identify qualified law firms for WBL services, utilizing reviews, ratings, and other resources
  • Maintain a nationwide database of attorneys with potential to work for WBL, regularly updating and removing firms that do not meet WBL's quality standards
  • Request proposals and ensure completion of necessary forms from law firms, including, but not limited to, monthly litigation tracking reports
  • Organize workflows and manage deadlines for attorney bidding processes for each case
  • Monitor and report information received from law firms, including budgets for each assigned case
  • Perform other projects and duties as assigned

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a Law environment such as working as an Attorney, Paralegal or Legal Assistant
  • Experience with and working knowledge of U.S. federal and state litigation
