Audio Annotator

Summary

Join DataForce by TransPerfect as an Annotator and contribute to an innovative Artificial Intelligence project. You will listen to short audio recordings in English and provide detailed descriptions of human speech attributes, including voice characteristics, delivery style, and pronunciation. This is a temporary, full-time position with a 40-hour workweek, starting in early May 2025 and ending in late June 2025. The role requires native-level fluency in English (US), excellent writing skills, and the ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Previous experience in annotation, transcription, or creative writing is preferred.

Requirements

• Idiomatic fluency in English (US)

• Excellent spelling, writing, and grammar skills in English
• Computer with a reliable and steady internet connection and a headset

Responsibilities

As an annotator, you will be listening to short audio recordings in English and providing detailed, accurate, and creative descriptions of human speech attributes (such as voice characteristics, delivery style-tone, speed, intonation, pace, pronunciation, apparent gender, age range, or accent, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in annotation, transcription, or creative writing tasks
