Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Previous experience in a compliance or audit-related position preferred, but not required
  • Experience and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience communicating via email in a work setting
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient reading and writing skills in a professional setting essential

Responsibilities

  • Perform the DCA required audits of process server logbooks
  • Communicate logbook errors with process servers and the process server’s supervisor
  • Manage intake of logbook submissions
  • Organize and prioritize audits to be completed
  • Complete audit forms
  • Submit completed audit forms to the DCA
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned
