Summary

Join our dynamic Audit division as an Audit Manager! We are a full-service public accounting firm seeking a highly motivated professional to plan and direct financial audits, prepare budgets, and draft financial statements. You will provide various professional services, resolve client queries, and continually broaden your technical knowledge. This hybrid role, reporting to our Miami office, requires strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, along with a CPA license or eligibility. Requirements

  • Degree in Accounting or Taxation
  • CPA License or eligibility to take the CPA exam
  • At least three years of experience with tax preparation for individuals and corporations
  • Excellent analytical and technical skills
  • Ability to work in a cross-functional, entrepreneurial atmosphere to achieve measurable results and improve existing processes
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to convey both analysis and findings to management and external clients clearly and understandably
  • A team player with strong interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

  • Plan and direct financial audits
  • Prepare budgets
  • Draft financial statements
  • Diligently implement GP’s audit approach and procedures to achieve the best corporate audit and financial reporting practices
  • Provide a variety of professional services including financial statement audits, reviews, compilations, agreed-upon procedures, and testing of internal controls
  • Resolve client audit queries efficiently
  • Continually broaden technical knowledge through review of complex client transactions
  • Research and stay up to date on auditing issues
  • Participate in audit planning and research
  • Ensure client satisfaction through communication, setting priorities, and managing/meeting deadlines
  • Work closely with audit team members on client management, professional development, and business development
  • Oversee junior audit associates

Benefits

$150K - $165K Plus Benefits And Bonus
