Requirements

  • At least five (5) years experience in public accounting with significant focus in the nonprofit industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related equivalent
  • CPA certification
  • Minimum of forty hours of continuing education is required each year to maintain and develop technical and business skills, as well as to maintain license requirements

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple nonprofit/tax-exempt audit and assurance engagements simultaneously
  • Schedule, staff, and coordinate engagement workflow
  • Develop and train staff
  • Make connections to develop new business for the firm
