Audit Manager

Summary

LC is seeking an experienced manager with 7-10 years experience in financial statement audit, internal controls/OMB A-123, or audit sustainment and remediation services for a US Department of Defense (DoD) Agency. The candidate must have experience leading a team, possess excellent analytical skills, technical leadership ability, and client-facing experience. They should be a US citizen with a BA/BS degree and at least 7 years total experience in the Federal workspace and federal government accounting or audit experience. The role involves conducting risk assessments and internal control reviews, managing teams, providing financial research and analysis, and supporting complex inventory management and distribution environments. Preferred qualifications include CPA, CICA, CDFM certification, a Master’s degree, and the ability to deliver on time under pressure with a high level of integrity and flexibility.

Requirements

• US Citizenship
• BA/BS Degree
• Seven (7) or more years total experience in the Federal workspace
• Seven (7) or more years of federal government accounting or audit experience

Responsibilities

Conducting risk assessments and internal control reviews in accordance with the GAO Green Book, OMB Circular A-123, and DoD RMIC guidance
