Summary

The job is for an auditor in the Talent Network of Paro, a company that provides access to client work through their managed marketplace. Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in audit review and compliance
  • CPA required
  • Experience working with CaseWare, CCH Engagement, AdvanceFlow
  • Experience working with any of the following audit types: employee benefit plan (401K), non-profit, government, yellowbook, construction, general
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of auditing principles, standards, and techniques
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple engagements simultaneously
  • Ability to adapt to changing audit standards, regulations, and evolving client needs and priorities
  • Upholding the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality when handling sensitive client information
  • At least 20 hours per week of availability

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive audits of client financial records
  • Analyze financial statements, general ledgers, and supporting documentation
  • Assess client financial processes and controls
  • Prepare detailed audit reports
  • Interact with clients to clarify audit objectives, request additional information, and discuss audit findings
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes, accounting standards, and best practices
