Summary

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical subject (STEM)
  • 5+ years of experience in one or more of the key areas, with a demonstrated history delivering positive results within: Network Operations (NOCs), Network Security, Network Planning, Design and Implementation, Continued Network Optimization, Network Automation, Network Architect
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience in a Network Operations or Service Delivery environment
  • In-depth knowledge with network protocol packet frame structure and multi-vendor technologies

Responsibilities

  • Provide thought leadership on how global Enterprises and MSPs can transform network operations through automation
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize your team's influence by expanding customers' automation capabilities
  • Lead the creation, execution and continuous improvement of automation playbooks for high-impact use cases
  • Enable Customer Success: Guide your team in training, supporting and enabling customers on their automation journey
  • Partner with customers to identify high-value automation opportunities based on ITSM data
  • Analyze customer networks and design automation solutions tailored to their specific technologies and workflows
  • Architect integrations that amplify customers existing toolsets and workflows
  • Design and implement critical network operations automations using NetBrain’s no-code automation

Preferred Qualifications

CCIE, or JNCIE, or equivalent network certifications
