Summary

Join BombBomb as the Director of Revenue Operations and become the central architect of our revenue engine, spanning RevOps, SalesOps, and Salesforce Admin. You will own the revenue tech stack, design and implement processes, ensure data integrity, provide strategic insights, and collaborate cross-functionally. This role requires deep Salesforce expertise and familiarity with various revenue tools. While based in Austin, TX is preferred, remote work is possible for the right candidate. The compensation package includes a competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related role (preferably in SaaS)
  • Deep Salesforce expertise (Admin or Advanced Admin certifications a plus)
  • Familiarity with Gainsight, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Chorus (and an eagerness to explore new tech)
  • Strong track record of process engineering, data management, and cross-departmental collaboration
  • Comfort leveraging AI-driven solutions to streamline workflows

Responsibilities

  • Own the Revenue Tech Stack – Manage, optimize, and integrate Salesforce, Gainsight, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Chorus
  • Process Design & Implementation – Refine workflows that drive efficiency across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success
  • Data Integrity & Reporting – Maintain reliable data for accurate forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance dashboards
  • Strategic Insights – Partner with leadership to pinpoint revenue bottlenecks, deploy AI-driven solutions, and lead process improvements
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Align goals and systems with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance for seamless operations
  • Identify & Implement New Tools – Continuously research and pilot emerging technologies or AI-based platforms that could drive outsized gains in efficiency and revenue growth
  • Mentorship & Training – Provide best practices, workflow guidance, and tech enablement to internal teams
  • Holistic RevOps Leadership – Switch between SalesOps, RevOps, and Salesforce Admin tasks, ensuring a cohesive revenue engine

  • Base Salary Range: $110,000 – $130,000
  • Total On-Target Earnings (OTE): $170,000 – $190,000 (base + performance-based incentives)
