Requirements

• You don’t just communicate - you connect. You’re experienced in internal management, with a knack for understanding and interpreting needs, providing clear solutions, and nurturing productive, long-term relationships. Advanced English proficiency and communication skills both in speaking and writing
• You are comfortable and enjoy speaking with International teams
• You have a strong interest in AI and its endless possibilities
• You have expertise in Coda.io, Zapier, Hubspot, APIs and/or SQL
• You have worked in process engineering, automation, or full-stack development and love solving complex challenges
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
• You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills to the table and know how to drive results in cross-functional teams
• Has a personal working laptop or desktop computer
• Has a reliable internet speed (At least 30 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed)

Responsibilities

• DESIGN, DEVELOP, and DEPLOY automation workflows using AI, no-code and low-code platforms to streamline operations
• MANAGE data architecture, and governance, and oversee data projects for better organization-wide efficiency
• PLAN and EXECUTE automation projects and campaigns, managing risk, and impact, and ensuring smooth completion
• CHAMPION with teams across the company to uncover inefficiencies, recommend automation opportunities and implement cutting-edge AI-driven solutions
• ACT as A CONSULTANT, guiding the company in process optimization, automation adoption, and AI-driven strategies
• KEEP teams informed with status updates, project progress, and post-project analysis for continuous improvement
• EXPLORE and TEST new technologies to enhance team capabilities and elevate system performance
