You will be responsible for testing user stories across various products, developing comprehensive test plans, and providing regular status updates. A significant part of your role involves establishing QA best practices and creating scalable automated tests. - Be able to wrap your head around complex systems and understand how to test both individual parts and the system as a whole
- Take the initiative to ensure projects are kept moving forward and communicate any blockers clearly to your team and stakeholders
- Understand that software development is a team sport, and QA isn’t simply just pointing out your teammates’ mistakes
