Requirements
- Valid travel documents for US entry required
- Proven expertise as an AV Technician or Helpdesk Support Specialist is required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Effectiveness in interacting with clients and end users
- Outstanding customer service abilities and a professional demeanor
- Solid organizational and time management competencies
- Capability to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced workplace
- A high school diploma or GED is required
Responsibilities
- Handle audio-visual equipment setup and assistance during events
- Interact with clients and deliver outstanding customer service on-site. Ensure a quality AV setup for events
- Maintain and arrange audiovisual equipment
- Adhere to proper business clothing and appearance requirements
- Provide end users with technical help and assistance
- Assist with technological installs, updates, and troubleshooting
- Offer onboarding assistance to new users
- Effectively communicate with end users to address their technical needs
Preferred Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
