Requirements

  • Valid travel documents for US entry required
  • Proven expertise as an AV Technician or Helpdesk Support Specialist is required
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effectiveness in interacting with clients and end users
  • Outstanding customer service abilities and a professional demeanor
  • Solid organizational and time management competencies
  • Capability to operate in a dynamic and fast-paced workplace
  • A high school diploma or GED is required

Responsibilities

  • Handle audio-visual equipment setup and assistance during events
  • Interact with clients and deliver outstanding customer service on-site. Ensure a quality AV setup for events
  • Maintain and arrange audiovisual equipment
  • Adhere to proper business clothing and appearance requirements
  • Provide end users with technical help and assistance
  • Assist with technological installs, updates, and troubleshooting
  • Offer onboarding assistance to new users
  • Effectively communicate with end users to address their technical needs

Preferred Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is preferred
