Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as an AWS Developer or Cloud Engineer
• Strong proficiency in AWS services, cloud computing, and architecture
• Hands-on experience with programming languages such as Python, Node.js, or Java
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
• Strong knowledge of networking, security, and compliance in AWS environments
• Experience in designing and managing relational and NoSQL databases in AWS (RDS, DynamoDB)
• Understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy cloud-based applications and solutions on AWS
• Utilize AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, RDS, API Gateway, and others for application development
• Implement serverless applications using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, and Step Functions
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like AWS CloudFormation or Terraform
• Ensure security best practices in AWS, including IAM policies, encryption, and compliance
• Optimize cloud-based applications for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness
• Implement CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, CodeBuild, and CodeDeploy
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve application performance using AWS CloudWatch and logging tools
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver cloud-based solutions
• Stay updated with AWS best practices, new features, and emerging technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• AWS Certified Developer – Associate or AWS Certified Solutions Architect
• Experience with machine learning, big data, or IoT services in AWS
• Knowledge of multi-cloud strategies and hybrid cloud architecture
• Experience building functions in Python
• Experience with REST APIs
• Experience with integrations with SaaS products, such as Pega, Service Now, or Jira
