Aws DevOps Engineer

Join Definity First as a talented AWS DevOps Engineer and contribute to our team's success! This remote position, open to LATAM candidates, requires expertise in AWS technologies, problem-solving skills, and a passion for building scalable infrastructure. You will support and extend existing AWS infrastructure, manage deployment processes, and collaborate with stakeholders. The role demands experience with various AWS services and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Definity First offers a collaborative environment and works with prominent clients.

Requirements

• Provisioning and Managing AWS EC2 instances (Windows & Linux)
• Experience with AWS Code Deploy, AWS S3, AWS CloudWatch, AWS Auto Scaling, AWS RDS
• Experience scripting/automating processes to monitor/manage resources
• Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Github
• Experience with CDN like Cloudfront and Fastly
• Setup and manage AWS ECS
• Proven experience configuring and setting up Datadog over AWS infrastructure
• Advanced English

Responsibilities

• Support and extend existing AWS-based infrastructure
• Manage and enhance infrastructure deployment processes for scalability and reliability
• Manage Access Control Lists to ensure secure infrastructure access
• Collaborate with project stakeholders and developers to define secure, scalable, robust, resilient, and cost-effective infrastructure solutions

Preferred Qualifications

Through understanding of Microservices architecture, preferably on Kubernetes and/or AWS
