Join our team as a skilled AWS Support Engineer and contribute to building and maintaining our scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize AWS services, enhance security, and ensure seamless cloud operations. This fully remote position offers a dynamic and innovative work environment. You will design, configure, and maintain AWS infrastructure, implement infrastructure as code, and apply security best practices. Troubleshooting and performance monitoring are key responsibilities, requiring collaboration with DevOps and development teams. The role demands expertise in AWS services, infrastructure as code, Linux administration, networking and security, and monitoring tools.
Requirements
- Proven experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.)
- Proficiency in Terraform and CloudFormation
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems and shell scripting
- Familiarity with networking concepts, security best practices, and cost optimization in AWS
- Experience with tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana for performance monitoring
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and maintain AWS infrastructure, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security
- Optimize AWS services such as EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, and CloudWatch for performance, cost efficiency, and reliability
- Implement infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation for automated deployments and provisioning
- Apply and monitor IAM policies, encryption, and network security to maintain a robust security posture
- Identify and resolve AWS-related issues, providing technical support and guidance as needed
- Utilize tools like CloudWatch, Prometheus, or Grafana to monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization
- Work closely with DevOps and development teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of cloud solutions
