Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related degree
  • Must be open to a Hybrid working model. 3 days / week onsite in Dallas, TX
  • 5+ years of previous experience in technology development, or related IT field is required
  • Proficient in Azure infrastructure, including deployment, management, and optimization
  • Expertise in GitHub and GitHub Actions for version control, continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines
  • Mastery of Terraform for infrastructure as code (IaC) to automate provisioning and configuration
  • Advanced understanding of Kubernetes for container orchestration and management
  • Familiarity with JIRA for issue tracking and project management
  • Active participation in cross-team discussions to collaborate effectively on projects
  • Understanding of Sprint methodology for agile project management
  • Consistently delivers high-quality work within established timelines

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement automated pipelines (build, scan, test, provision, configure and deploy)
  • Ensure all activities are following rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
  • Partner with various team squads to evangelize DevOps operating model and Developer Self Service practices
  • Design and implement build, deployment, and configuration management process for various projects and teams
  • Leverage build and test automation tools for provisioning Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
  • Promote consistent and repeatable release processes, standards and governance
  • Provide technical guidance and educate team members on automation tools and release processes
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently
  • Maintain documentation on processes; update existing documentation
  • Facilitate hand-offs from build to production support
  • Complete other duties as assigned
