Back End Engineer in Vietnam

Summary

Sky Mavis is seeking an experienced Backend Engineer to develop and maintain the infrastructure of their platform. The role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining backend services, optimizing workflows, integrating new technologies, supporting deployment and monitoring, and participating in evaluating and proposing technical solutions.

Requirements

• Experience working with programming languages such as Golang, Rust, C++
• Deep understanding of database systems, including SQL and NoSQL
• Experience working with web development frameworks such as Django, Spring, or Express
• Solid knowledge of principles and techniques of distributed system design
• Ability to work effectively in an Agile development environment and possess good interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services for our platform, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability
• Design, implement, and maintain appropriate database systems to meet application requirements
• Participate in designing and developing APIs to interact with mobile and web applications
• Optimize workflows to improve performance and scalability
• Integrate new technologies and enhancements to upgrade the product
• Support deployment and monitoring of applications to ensure stability and performance
• Participate in evaluating and proposing new technical solutions to solve complex technical issues

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration like Kubernetes is a plus
