Backend Developer

Summary

Requirements

• A minimum of 3-4 years of professional experience in software development
• Proficiency with the Rust programming language
• Experience in product engineering and working with cross-functional teams
• A passion for solving moderately complex problems, with a proven ability to tackle challenges and propose effective solutions
• A ‘get it done’ mentality - prioritize shipping early and iterating often

Responsibilities

• Define and execute development plans for specific features or initiatives
• Write code and implement features, bug fixes, with a focus on delighting customers and maintainability
• Collaborate with cross functional teams and/or stakeholders throughout the development cycle to ensure smooth releases

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Go programming language
• Hands-on experience with scaling applications
• Familiarity with other programming languages
