Join Deel's Infra Engineering team and contribute to building a platform that empowers product teams to deliver business value faster. As a key member, you will work at the intersection of DevOps and engineering, enforcing standards and best practices, creating tooling, maintaining internal libraries, providing architectural guidance, and owning high-loaded core services. You'll be involved in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from discovery to deployment, collaborating with multiple teams to develop robust features and APIs. The role requires strong problem-solving and communication skills, as you'll often tackle complex challenges and orchestrate projects with numerous teams. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in engineering
- Strong node.js knowledge
- AWS or similar cloud experience
- Kubernetes, Helm and Docker knowledge
- Experience with Postgres/Mysql, RabbitMq/Nats/Kafka
- Strong system design and problem solving skills, we often deal with the βunknownβ
- Strong communication skills, we often need to orchestrate projects with 20+ teams
- You are hands-on troubleshooter
- You are ready for challenges
