Summary

Responsibilities

  • Join the team of highly motivated, pragmatic engineers
  • Impact by solving challenges in the next-gen financial products
  • Architect, design, and develop products from scratch
  • Embrace innovative concepts and adopt cutting-edge technologies
  • Integrate third-party vendor solutions into backend systems
  • Participate in pair- and mob-programming sessions with fellow engineers
  • Share knowledge and conduct talks at internal meet-ups
  • Collaborate with product designers, business operations, and founders to address challenges and strategically plan for the future
  • Demonstrate DevOps mindset and ownership over CI/CD infrastructure

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with financial or payment technologies
  • Good understanding and practical experience in micro-services environments (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, etc.)
  • Experience with designing and maintaining public APIs
  • Experience implementing and designing event-sourced or event-streaming systems (e.g. Kafka, Pulsar)
  • Enjoy building a new team or product and helping make a great team environment
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Experience working with remote teams
